HOW WE WORK
All grounds are allocated their own gardener and cleaner to achieve continuity, Both are contactable on site via mobile
A form for all gardening and cleaning is posted in each foyer to be signed each visit. Residents can make comments.

Each site is checked by GKFix managers at least once a fortnight to ensure standards.

Photographs of each site will be emailed to the property manager once a month, or each visit if the property manager requires it.

G&KFix Management respond to any complaints immediately and will be available to meet/communicate directly with directors /residents if required.....more >
